Fushigi Yuugi - Eikou Den (OVA 3)
Between 2001 and 2002, the third Fushigi Yuugi OVA series was released in Japan. The Eikou Den (永光伝 / The Legend of Eternal Light) OVA is based on the Fushigi Yuugi Gaiden volumes 7 and 8 which have the same name. It continues the story after OVA series 2 (manga volume 18).
The Plot
Three years after the events inside the "Universe of the Four Gods", Miaka and Taka are married and expecting their first child. Mayo, one of Taka's students, is obsessed with him and manages to get sucked into the world of the book, taking Miaka's unborn baby with her! Taka must return to Konan -which is once again at the brink of destruction- and save Miaka and their baby.
