Video Games

There are several video games based on Watase Yuu's manga series Fushigi Yuugi and its prequel FY Genbu Kaiden, developed and published by Idea Factory. The games have only been released in Japan and featured different voice actors from the anime.

The first game was Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden Gaiden Kagami no Miko which debuted on June 23, 2005 for the Sony Playstation 2, and was later re-released for the PSP a year later. The second game Fushigi Yuugi: Suzaku Ibun was released on May 29, 2008 also for the PS2. The latest game, Fushigi Yuugi DS, combines the two earlier games and was released on June 25, 2009 for the Nintendo DS.
